Pruchase process

eSIM FAQs

  • An eSIM is a digital SIM that installs directly on your device, with no physical card required. It lets you purchase data for your trips and activate it in seconds by scanning a QR code.
  • Choose the eSIM plan that best fits your destination and complete the purchase on the website. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a QR code by email along with the installation instructions.
  • In your phone settings, go to the mobile data section and choose the option to add an eSIM. Then scan the QR code we sent you and follow the on-screen steps. Activation takes just a few seconds.
  • Most recent smartphones support eSIM (iPhone XS or later, Google Pixel 3 or later and high-end Samsung models, among others). We recommend checking in your device settings that it supports eSIM and that it is unlocked before purchasing.
